1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies to FinderPress websites, the EngageDock AI Pro product pages, licensing services, customer portal, support requests, and related communications. FinderPress, operated by Ravi Khadka (“we,” “us,” or “our”), controls the personal data described here except where another provider acts as an independent controller.

5. Cookies and local storage
Our websites may use essential cookies or local storage for sign-in, checkout, preferences, security, and session continuity. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should only be enabled with the notice and consent required in the visitor’s jurisdiction.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, contractual and tax records, dispute handling, security, and applicable law. Support and license records may be retained while a license remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted network transport, signed license verification, and restricted administrative access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or security purposes.
