Effective date: July 31, 2026. Mandatory consumer rights always apply and are not limited by this policy.
1. Overview
EngageDock AI Pro is digitally delivered software. When a purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles transaction-level refund requests under Paddle’s current Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Except where required by applicable law or approved under Paddle’s policy, completed digital-software purchases are generally non-refundable. A submitted request does not automatically guarantee approval.
2. When a refund may be available
A refund may be available when required by applicable consumer law, when the Product is materially not as described or cannot perform its core documented function, or when Paddle approves a discretionary request under its current policy.
Refunds may be declined where there is fraud, refund abuse, license sharing, a failure to meet published system requirements, a conflict caused by unrelated third-party software, or a request based only on a change of mind after substantial Product use, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3. How to request a refund
For a Paddle purchase, use the receipt or subscription-management link in the transaction email, or submit the request through paddle.net. Paddle may ask for the transaction email, order reference, reason for the request, and relevant troubleshooting information.
You may also contact support@developerravi.com for Product-level assistance. We can investigate technical concerns and provide relevant information to Paddle, but we do not directly return funds for transactions where Paddle is the merchant of record.
4. What happens after a refund
If a refund is approved, it is normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment provider, and the customer’s financial institution.
The associated EngageDock AI Pro license, downloads, updates, support access, and activated installations may be disabled after a full refund, cancellation, chargeback, or payment reversal.
5. Product problems before requesting a refund
If the Product is not working as expected, contact us with the WordPress version, PHP version, Product version, error details, and steps to reproduce the issue. We will make a reasonable effort to diagnose supported Product functionality.
Third-party API usage, hosting, email delivery, AI-provider charges, custom development, or services purchased from another company are not part of the EngageDock AI Pro license price and cannot be refunded by FinderPress.
6. Current Paddle policy
Paddle’s policy and applicable consumer law govern Paddle transaction eligibility and timing. Review the current Paddle Refund Policy before purchasing or submitting a request.
