We want customers to feel confident when purchasing EngageDock AI Pro.
Refund Window
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described and we are unable to help resolve the issue.
Before Requesting A Refund
Please contact support first so we can help with installation issues, license activation, plugin settings, compatibility questions, and bug reports.
Refunds May Be Approved If
- The plugin has a confirmed technical issue we cannot resolve
- The product was purchased by mistake and has not been used
- A duplicate payment was made
- The license cannot be activated due to a verified issue on our side
Refunds May Be Declined If
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You simply changed your mind after using the product
- The issue is caused by unsupported hosting, custom code, or unrelated third-party plugins
- You refuse reasonable troubleshooting steps
- The license was shared, abused, or used against our terms
- The purchase was already refunded, disputed, or charged back
License Deactivation
If a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated. You must stop using the Pro version after refund approval.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate license suspension and account restrictions.
How To Request A Refund
Contact us with your order email, license key, purchase date, reason for refund, and website URL where the plugin was installed.
Payment Processor
Payments and subscription billing are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds may be processed through Paddle and may take time to appear depending on your payment method or bank.
