These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of products sold by Developer Ravi. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our products, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell WordPress plugins, software tools, and related digital products. EngageDock AI Pro is a paid WordPress plugin extension that requires a valid license key for Pro features, updates, and support access.

License

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the plan you purchased.

You may not resell or redistribute the Pro plugin, share your license key publicly, use one license on more websites than allowed by your plan, reverse engineer or misuse the software, or use the product for illegal or harmful activities.

License Activation

A valid license key is required for Pro activation, updates, rollback access, and support features.

We may suspend or revoke licenses used fraudulently, shared publicly, refunded, charged back, or used in violation of these terms.

Updates

Active license holders may receive updates while their license is valid. Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, compatibility updates, and new features.

Support

Support is provided according to your purchased plan. Support may include help with installation, license activation, plugin settings, and bug reports.

Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, hosting configuration, or website repair unless separately agreed.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Paddle may handle checkout, taxes, invoices, payment processing, fraud review, subscription billing, and payment-related customer communications.

By purchasing EngageDock AI Pro, you agree that Paddle may process your payment information according to Paddle’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded, the related license may be deactivated.

Account Access

After purchase, a customer account may be created on our store website so you can access license details, downloads, updates, and support information.

Product Compatibility

We try to maintain compatibility with supported WordPress and PHP versions. However, compatibility can be affected by hosting environments, themes, plugins, caching tools, security tools, and custom code.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided without any guarantee that they will be error-free or suitable for every website or business need. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Developer Ravi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, traffic, or business opportunities.

Changes To Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes means you accept the updated terms.
