Effective date: July 31, 2026. This document is a practical business template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
1. Agreement and seller information
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and FinderPress, operated by Ravi Khadka (“FinderPress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning EngageDock AI Pro (“the Product”). By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using the Product, you agree to these terms.
If you purchase through Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller for the transaction. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to payment, tax, billing, and transaction-level matters.
2. Software license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product on the number of WordPress websites included in your purchased plan.
- A Personal license covers one website.
- A Business license covers up to five websites.
- An Agency license covers up to twenty websites used for your own or managed client projects.
- License keys may not be resold, publicly shared, sublicensed, or used as part of an unauthorised competing distribution.
The Product is licensed, not sold. FinderPress retains all intellectual-property rights in the Product, branding, documentation, and original materials.
3. Pricing, payment, and delivery
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and available payment methods are calculated at checkout. Digital delivery normally begins after payment confirmation, when the license and download access are made available to the customer.
“Lifetime” refers to the commercial lifetime of the EngageDock AI Pro product, not the lifetime of the purchaser, any specific website, or FinderPress. Third-party costs such as hosting, email delivery, OpenAI, Gemini, messaging, or other external services are not included.
4. Updates and support
An active and valid license provides access to Product updates and the support level included in the purchased plan. Updates may add, modify, replace, or remove functionality when required for security, compatibility, compliance, or product development.
Support covers reasonable assistance with Product installation and documented functionality. It does not include custom development, third-party service fees, hosting administration, or repairs to unrelated plugins, themes, or websites.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for configuring and operating the Product lawfully. You must not use it to expose confidential information, impersonate people, send unlawful communications, violate privacy rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, or generate deceptive content.
You are responsible for reviewing automated responses, imported knowledge sources, lead forms, retention settings, and integrations before using them with real visitors.
6. Third-party services and WordPress
The Product may integrate with WordPress, WooCommerce, AI providers, email services, Paddle, and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, pricing, and privacy practices. We do not control or guarantee third-party services.
7. Warranty and limitation of liability
The Product is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect AI output, compatibility with every third-party component, or a specific commercial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinderPress will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected license during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate license access where there is fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, security risk, license sharing, or a material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Product unless applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, security, or product changes. The updated effective date will be displayed on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.
